OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO OUR SERVICES

  • As professionals in property management, we are obligated to understand the Tenants or buyer needs, respond to their requests, process procedures of purchase, collect rents in a timely manner, and monitor their activities as regards the purchase or lease clauses requirements.
  • ACS shall determine appropriate and balanced purchase and rental rates agreeable to the environment of the property.
  • We shall remain resolute in recommending and implementing positive marketing programs, special promotions and advertising strategies to the Owner in order to maximize occupancy and rental rates.
  • We shall handle effectively for the Owner, tax, profit and loss, budget and financial statement issues and analysis of the real estate property.
